Excavated the existing foundation slabs and erected a new retaining wall for the proposed car park.

This project saw the re-development of what was the old Judanes knitwear factory. Initially we excavated the area for the new reinforced concrete retaining wall. The base of the retaining wall was poured and more reinforcing put in place. The formwork (shutters) were erected for the final wall pours. Once the retaining wall was built we excavated the existing foundation slabs. The next part of our works was to pour the new concrete floor slabs. We also installed the services for the site including new water pipes and a new drainage system. After the new building was erected we finished off the project with a nice tarred finish.
